it will be easy to deal with it if we know what's causing it... and doctor's seem to not elaborate on it... telling us, don't worry too much will never pacify our anxiousness to know what's going on

---Yeah...u'r ryt. My doctor also told me not to worry about it and after that he just referred me to a Phsychiatrist. By d way this blog is really helpful for us atleast there are someone we can talk to and share with people who are also like us. Even some celebrities also suffer this kind of disorders. Grabeh it's like living without peace of mind parang everyday is a new of to worry so much....It's good to know you people. I just discover this yesterday.

some are also hereditary which we can't avoid, but have a choice in knowing how to deal with it.

prayer, constant exercise like brisk walking at least 30-60 minutes a day, healthy diet, avoid stimulants like caffeine (coffee, coke, energy drinks), nicotine, alcohol and sugar. mao ra gyud naka pa ayo nako...i still have panic attack every now and then pero di na gyud siya maka dayon... i also practice deep breathing at least 20-30 minutes per day then meditation.

also make sure you get enough sleep everyday, at least 8 hours gyud. then make sure you drink 8 glasses of water even more pa gani everyday - dehydration can trigger a panic attack. Also eat sa sakto nga oras - ayaw pagpalapas ug kaon kay hypoglycemia can trigger an attack, ayaw pud palabi pa busog, dapat 80% lang gyud kabusog kay maka trigger pud na ug attack - kay anything nga maka palisod nimo ug ginhawa maka cause na ug attack dayon. pray, pray, pray, pray. dili nang memorized prayers, dapat personal gyud. interact with people around you, avoid having a sedentary lifestyle - kung laayon na sa balay you should get out para na pud ka makita-kita. mga games like DS, PSP mga mind games mao na maka tabang makapakalimot sa sakit. reading also can help you relax and forget about panic attacks. LEARN NOT TO TAKE THINGS TOO SERIOUSLY - dapat bantayan ang temper. Smile, laugh - laugh hard gyud mga videos sa youtube nga alegre, comedy shows, movies, joke with friends - dako na nga tabang gyud para ma wala ang stress and make you forget about panic attacks.

think positive at all times. practice gyud ka nga permi ka optimistic, always seeing the glass as half full rather than half empty. do not loose hope - wala pay namatay sa panic disorder, wala pa nabuang sa panic disorder. always remember naay doctor nga maka tabang, naay mga tambal na maka help - pero always always put in your mind nga di mag salig sa tambal...mind conditioning ra gyud -- at all times fight off negativity, negative thoughts, morbid thoughts - ayaw pag hunahunaa ang mga dautan, learn how to fight it. learn to relax, learn deep yoga breathing (naa sa youtube), when you can exercise gyud!!! take the stairs than the escalator/elevator, para sa jeep or taxi nga medyo layo pa sa inyoha padungan so maka lakaw ka pa, buy a pedometer (naa sa tradeport or toby's tag 1200 ra) ma measure nimo imo steps per day nga dapat mu abot gyud ug 10K steps per day para good blood circulation....face your fear! kung imo atubangon mawala gyud na siya...once naa na panic attack try this trick: paminawa imo lawas and imong mga gi pamati - then rate it from 1-10 depende sa kagrabehon -- this can help you have a good grasp sa reality kaysa madala naka sa imo hunahuna nga puros ra himohimo sa imo mind. lie down on your back, unya place your left hand sa imo tiyan then through your nose breathe slowly pero deep gyud hangtod mu burot imong tiyan ug ma alsa imong kamot gyud, then hold it for a few seconds then exhale through the mouth pero grabe ka hinay pa exhale - hum or prolong gyud ang pa exhale, repeat several times...unya think happy thoughts, sa beach, baby anything that makes you happy...this will make you relaxed dayon direcho! di gyud maka dayon ang attack...kung mag attack ka nga gawas sa house - do not make it a habit nga mo uli gyud ka (part sa fight or flight ni siya nga cause sa panic attack) dapat stay gyud ka sa lugar lang, unya relax -- DO NOT ALLOW THIS DISORDER TO CHANGE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE!
