I don't want to take sides on this matter. But I have this opinion. It is really hard to say that it was that particular person(s) who have done this because we don't have very solid proof like witnesses.
We only have some evidence like the camera and mobile phone message but from whom? (It is obvious that when you are going to make threats, you are not going to use your own number that will implicate yourself)
If this is really true, then we all know the image and personality of the said person(s). If not, the said person's image and personality has been damage.

That is the sole purpose of the brouhaha . To character assassinate him on and off the forums . The 2 scenarios we are looking at :
- If he is GUILTY , it is the perfect crime . He keeps it to himself and nobody knew about it except the SPECULATIONS GALORE in the high roller league .
- If he is NOT GUILTY , what is left for him ? A reputation broken into pieces knowingly he is the heir of Tomas 2 to 3 elections from now as the city dad .
To sum it up imho ... POLITICALLY MOTIVATED .
So Mr VIPVIP68 .... did it make you a contented person of the decision of Sam not pressing charges at all or a pissed off " concerned " citizen because justice was not served on behalf of Sam benitez ?" sorry to butt in ha but i beg to disagree. the first forum that went wild about the incident was Sam's friends on Facebook. remember, it was Sam who made the first move by posting her testimony online. to add, the day this news broke out, one can never miss Miguel on this controversy. He is the BF of Bea. Bea is the best friend of Sam. The bar incident implies he was there. Sam cannot think of anybody else other than Miguel who shot her cam and made the death threat...Miguel is a gun enthusiast...blah blah blah.
so we cannot blame people talking about Miguel and speculate coz he is the son of a mayor and a great grandson of a former President after all...The price to pay for belonging to one of the prominent families in Cebu, if not the most.
but don't get me wrong, I am not agreeable to thread titles like this that makes one guilty na daan...I am not agreeable to people making character assassination.
yes, the damage has been done already...
