We may have to sight important points, factors that badly affect our country. Before, we were exporting rice and our country is a very tough, competitive agricultural nation. Why are we abondoning this?..Why are we forgetting this and that the philippines is not ready and always will not with regards to INDUSTRIAL FORM,etc...Can you pls. refresh me who was the PRESIDENT BEFORE who abolishes this type of our government? THIS IS WHERE WE ALSO STARTED CORRUPTING and we allowed so many projects to get inside the country. SO many rices we imported. What is happening here? I THINK WE ARE LOST. They are making us lost for them to GRAB more greed, wealth for their pocketts. They can't get enough money by allowing our locals to export rices! in other words, dili sila satisfy sa REVENUE INCOME RESULT. gibo is for charter change.. and im in favor on it.

pero i would recommend PARLIAMENTARY not FEDERALISM.

one disavantage of federalism that i know is kanang mga provinces sa philippines that are poor would suffer more bec. thier budget would not support them. they need help sa katong mas dato nga provinces like cebu.

i am for parliamentary bec. i want to abolish the SENATE.!! alay gamit!!!!!
