Naka try nako og LED ako gamit pero kinahanglan ka og daghan kaau para sakto ang intensity sa light..naay baligya na mga super bright na LED diha dapit sa magallanes na mga electronics supply(Advance electronics) tag 12 ang usa.

naa ka ckt diagram diha?pwedi pa-view? about sa super bright LED, pila wattage?

so far, ang LEDs nato diri engineer kay hinay kaayo. pero naa biya toy superbright sa una sa atong mga projects, mahal lang. pero tan aw nako, hinay ghapon compared to daylight bulbs.

pag-sure diha marky..engineer jud tawn.ikaw sad oi..hehe..
if low lights lang ka, basin madala ra ang led? problema lang nako bai kay needed ka 12V or below na dc supply.. Ive checked the power supplies we used sauna..tag-as wattage..the result? though mas-gamay wattage ang led itself but alkansihon sad ka sa wattage sa power supply..plus so much power will be lost by your limiting resistor (dc voltage is not that critical but you need to maintain the current, thus, so much wasted energy).. mao ra gihapon istoryaha..or mas-alkanse nuon ka compared to CFLs..hehehe..

1 thing is sure though, in a decade or 2, we'll be seeing more and more LED lights, with higher lumens/W, lower power rating, affordable, virtually no heat produced, and twice, thrice or more than the current life span of CFLs..

kita kog screw in na bulbs fitted with 7 up to 27 LED lights sa metro ayala hardware. murag 200+ each. Dili lang kaau hayag.

problema nako karon kay wala koy conversion factor to compare the brightness of CFL/FL vs LEDs..
naa mo ani? like for example, 20W T5 vs ??W LED..libog man jud if in terms of lumens or candela kay not all bulbs have this specification on their package..

boss @gaevwa, i really dont know kung kaya ni for low light. Katong bulb diretso paslak sa 220v.

Ang savings daw sa led kay ang iyang operating life. around 10-15 years daw basta masolve lang ang heat issues.

I dont know pud sa conversion pero sa ako nabasa, katong high output 3w na LED kay maka cover siya ug one foot square na medium intensity lighting. Wala lang gi mention kung unsa ka taas ang mounting vs sa bottom sa tank.
