as much as i hate this modern punk bands spurting since the late 90s, no matter how we deny it Pop and Punk kay ma sabay gyud na in some way or another... even The Ramones' "I wanna be sedated" has a hint of bubblegum pop of the 60s. even those of The Clash and *** Pistols...

although the commercial status of Pop mixed with the rebellious nature of Punk is just utmost ridiculous.
