take it to an electronics technician with an EEPROM reader/writer. bring the bin file with you, the CORRECT version specifically for that board.
Try the hotflash.
First get another mobo which has exactly the same Bios as your current mobo.
1. Boot up the host mobo (the other mobo)
2. download the BIOS.
3. remove the BIOS on the Host mobo. Put in your defective BIOS to the host mobo. (Do this while the host mobo is on)
4. start flashing the BIOS on the Host mobo with the original BIOS of your mobo.
5. remove your BIOS from the host mobo. Put the original BIOS back to your Mobo.
6. your done with a freshly flashed BIOS using another mobo.
If you dont have the equipment to do this better have it repaired in GreenValley rapair shop
