looks nice, how about the water problems? water being trucked in everyday.
love the security with m-16 machine guns, makes you feel really safe, like your being held hostage.

    very MAHAL...

According to the developer, there was no or was ever a water problem with Towers 1 & 2. It is true that the condo corp of the first two towers had some issues with the developer before and during that period they had water trucks supplying them instead of their own fully-functional water system.

The issues have been resolved already. There are no more water trucks. Everything is back to normal at Citylights Gardens.

By the way, unit owners of Towers 3 & 4 will have a separate condo corp from Towers 1 & 2.

I personally didn't notice any guards carrying long arms within the complex. Well for expats and foreign dignitaries, they are probably used to it. I think they would prefer it that way than being held hostage by a real criminal.

actually i dont think any expat or foreigner likes guns.....or armed guards..... its just not a part of our everyday life. unlike in the philippines. i know a living in towers 1&2 and they constantly complain about the military type guards in the complex and thier attitudes. how do you justify 10M+ for the units?? and 50p/sqm maintainance dues? very steep even by western standards.

The condo owner/s can open up their concerns during condo corp meetings and if members agree on something they can simply go to the developer's admin office and discuss their complaints.

It was estimated that Php 1.2B was used for the development putting up four condo towers on top of a hill/small mountain with full condominium amenities. The previous plan of the Singaporean developer was to build seven towers (with Singapore standards). The Citylights Gardens boasts the best views of Cebu city, its premiere residences/neighborhood, and its perfect location.

By the way, Php 50/sqm/month is the prevailing condo association dues here in Cebu (includes maintenance of the common areas, well-armed security, etc).
