The PRC Revised the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) this September 27, 2009.

Changes:
1. All takers will have a major exam. BEED will take content courses (including 8 major subjects) in the afternoon together with BSED in their respective field of specialization.

2. All test items are anchored on National Competency Based Teacher Standards (NCBTS).

3. There will be only 150 items (insteadof 200 before) in General Education, Professional Education, and Field of Specialization. Note: The chances of getting errors is also lessen. You have to get at least 115 out of 150 items to get 75 percent more.

The Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) that was postponed last September 27 due to tropical storm "Ondoy" has been moved to Oct. 4, the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced Monday.

PRC Chairman Nicolas Lapeña Jr. said that same school and building assignments would be implemented nationwide

"If, under exceptional circumstances, schools/buildings and room assignment
will be changed, please get in touch with the PRC Examination Division,
PRC Regional Offices and PRC delegations in test centers without PRC
regional offices," Lapeña said.
