that's because Silverstone's distributor is in Cebu and not sure which price you were looking at but if you spend more time you can actually find trusted TPC sellers that's sell the same price in Cebu.

I know about silverstone's distro bro c/o emoners. Also my pc parts are around 90% from TPC.
