at least naa cla one thing gi tuman sa ila sulti ang "party" ok good my bad, heheheh i just have to react when mo ana cla na "good working environment" coz dli gyd na tinood, I know personally the owner bec. we talk a lot, and he treats his employees like sh** shagitan ka in public if he feels that u did something wrong... if naka work namog company b4 (wen i say company kanang legit) as in ma question nin u ang LCS, asa ang basic needs like pantry, clinic, insurance or at least a comfy chair to sit on.

Well...good for you! am happy that am here and am quite comfortable with the people around me too. If you are earning more than what we called "escalation team" You are amazingly amazing if you are just a regular agent. You must be really smart!!! How I wish I can get that kind of compensation. it's not about me being an agent and earning more than your ESCALATIONS. Here's a thought. If as an agent, you can earn more in a REAL CALL CENTER. Why stay there? Why rot there? better get a job in a decent company.

think about this, your basic is 10k wla pa apil ang tax that alone labaw nako daan and sa kana inyong "bonus"
its not a guarantee na makakuha ang tanan... kay i know barat kay ang owner dli cya makahatag ana if kamo tanan mo qualified and read previous post regarding LCS naa pa mas recent naka trabaho dd2 and said na "ang bonus dugay2x pag hatag and near imposble makuha" hmmmmmm......

SAkto ka bro walay trabahong sayon, but dapat ang atong mindset why ta nisulod sa usa ka trabaho is not because of how much is the salary but what it could possibly do to you for you to grow and maybe you could apply it for yourself if you'll be having or planning to have a business in the future (which is dapat ang goal sa usa ka employee karon, dili ang pagiging employee habang buhay).
