    Well...good for you! am happy that am here and am quite comfortable with the people around me too. If you are earning more than what we called "escalation team" You are amazingly amazing if you are just a regular agent. You must be really smart!!! How I wish I can get that kind of compensation. Haayyyy....wish lang!!!

    it's not about me being an agent and earning more than your ESCALATIONS. Here's a thought. If as an agent, you can earn more in a REAL CALL CENTER. Why stay there? Why rot there? better get a job in a decent company.

    think about this, your basic is 10k wla pa apil ang tax that alone labaw nako daan and sa kana inyong "bonus"
    its not a guarantee na makakuha ang tanan... kay i know barat kay ang owner dli cya makahatag ana if kamo tanan mo qualified and read previous post regarding LCS naa pa mas recent naka trabaho dd2 and said na "ang bonus dugay2x pag hatag and near imposble makuha" hmmmmmm......
