    nakakuha ko separation fee from my previous company when i resigned... 1 yr and a half yr ko ngad2... as in ni resign jud ko..

    kung resign lang, wla jud na separation pay... usually, unpaid salaries, pro-rated 13th month pay, withholding tax refund, unused leave conversion and other compensation due to you ang imo madawat which we will call as last pay. pero kung gi-offer sa imo company ang separation pay sa mga niresign unya 5years up na ang service sa company, that's better, pero wla ni girequire sa law.

    And one more thing, kanang terminated with just cause, wla jud na separation pay, ang madawat lang nila kay katong ako enumerated above...

    how about akong sick leave?? bayaran ba ko nila ani? wla man jud nako magamit ako sick leave...

    if wala provided sa inyo policy nga convertible sya, bayaran ka nila ana.. usually jud, convertible na sya..
    if mo resign ka, dritso na bayaran tanan ang unused sick leave nimo..

    kay ang assumption ana, pwede gud na nimo ma use tanan, a day after mareset na. so payable jud na sya by the time you resign..
