sa ako nahibaw-an dawat sila fresh grads pero sa MTP (Maintenance Training Program) ra. you can't get hired by any company if you don't have any experience or trainings. kada aircraft, lain-lain baya na training.

their exams and applications for MTP are held in manila. if you know anyone here in cebu na LTP mechanic, you can ask them to send your application to MLA.

lisod sudlon ang ila program kay usually kailangan ug backer. but kung ni excel jud ka sa ila panan-aw, aw payts. they also won't accept applicants who have 5 or more 3.0 grades. not more than 3 failures pud kuno. this is according to my friend who applied but failed. also kailangan 18-28yrs old.

this is the process sa pag-apply:
pass requirements to LTP Manila (TOR, diploma, etc)
they will then call you for the examination held in MLA if they think you're good enough
if you pass the exam, they will then interview you
after interview, another exam.
after passing the other exam, medical exam dayon.
kung kapasar medical exam, start dayon training.

di pajud ni dali. dugay kaayo paabot sa tawag. nya daghan pajud dili tawagan. pilian jud kaayo kuno.

hala hala hala! hasula pd d i ani oi. wala d i cla office sa mactan? wala jud koi kaila nga taga ltp. duha ra jud tawn akong hagbong nya murag 3 ra kabuok akong 3.0. ma da da pa d i oi! hahaha!!! pa lakasay style d i. bati-a!

sayang ayo kai nag conduct sila og exam sa skul sauna. wa lang ko naka apil kai 4th year paman ko ato. maytag mag exam nasad sila diri cebu nya sa amo japon skul. huhummm...

naa office ang mactan. you can try to inquire. naka OJT naka? mudawat man pud silag OJT's diri. pero by batch pud ang pagdawat. better makigdungan ka aron mausa rag endorse.

sad to say murag palakasay jud. i know someone, no offense to him pero bugits jud kaayo to siya. liman kag wa kailag 1 inch. nakapasar siya kay naa siyay backer. pero anyway, during the training, tinaktakay man gihapon so maski pa nakapasar ka sa entrance, kung di makasugakod imu utok during the actual training, goodbye gihapon.

nag exam sila diri! that was like 2 years ago. kasagaran ni take kai ang mga fresh grad nga ME sa among skul. ang venue kai sa among skul ra sad. ambot nganong nangari to sila. mana man kog ojt. graduate na gani ko. ahehehe..

ngano gud tawn nadawat nang wa kaila og 1 inch intawn oi!
