this is really heart breaking. i feel for the children who are victims of their parents' abuse and neglect.
if you come to think about it, it's not their fault that they're in the rut. it's the parents who should be blamed. why get pregnant if you can't give them a decent life? these kids lost their innocence at a very young age.they should be in school and playing games with their friends and not go off stealing so they can eat.![]()
What is the difference between a little boy stealing 4 cans of sardines just too feed his Family than a Rich Old Politician steals the Peoples money to feed it's greed.
ang nka luoy kay ang pobre maoy ma priso.

hehehe. inig gawas sa prisohan.. samot ka maldito... na train kuyog sa veterano
im not sure i understand what you said but if my understanding is correct, i would say that it's not greed. it's not when you're talking about a little boy who is left with no choice but to steal so he can feed his family. that is necessity and desperation. kana nuon politicians and rich people who gets rich by stealing, mao na sila ang greedy. they should be the ones punished and sent to this pigsty, not the kids.
Responsible parenting. Education for the youth. Discipline. Respect for society's laws. These are all essential for decency.
The youth, especially those who contemplate on dropping out of school for something worth less, should watch the documentary and realize the differences between them and the kids in prison.
who sponsored that law na exempted ang mga minors sa mga crimes?
so karon ang mga bata na gipangrecruit para mohimo ug krimen kay hangtod DSWD ra man sila kung madakpan!![]()
this law should be repealed.
one problem also is that the DSWD is undermanned. they can't accommodate all the street people and juvenile delinquents. and we may have laws against putting children in jail together with adult prisoners, law makers and enforcers simply lack the motivation (for lack of better word) to enforce such laws. as what was mentioned in the documentary, the police simply don't have anywhere else to put them. either they lack the efforts, or just too lazy to try.
kanang taas ra btaw kaayo ang age noh? mga 12 or 13 unta... apil pa man ang 15.. pwede sad naa ra unta special facility for minors...
