People who deliberately create videos like that one you shared are guilty of manipulation, because video editing is in fact, manipulation of existing media. Manipulation of media to support a particular cause falls under propaganda.

I am not scaring people, I'm informing them, so they can decide better.

I agree with the concept of free will, but if free will is skewed by misinformation, then I'll do my best to stall that process.
