i agree but not all the time..
not everyone would process his thoughts and emotions
and make his own miseries....
its choices... what to chose, two things:
happiness or pain....
chose happiness then....

yes we have a choice but naa man jud times gud nga things that makes us happy is not the right and proper choice. sometimes we have to choose the other way around, even if it would cost us a great deal of pain but knowing that somehow you made the right choice, can give us peace of mind and contentment in the heart. anyway, the pain heals thru time, at least ing abot sa panahon we can still stand up proudly and tell ourselves that i've been there and i made it![]()
dli man jud malikayan and pain gud... ana lang jud na cya jud![]()
wee... i believe that we can process our thoughts to make a better outcome.. just like the same when we seem to chose pain rather to chose happiness... i have this book titled "the power of positive thinking" by dr. norma vincent peal.. so true that when you practice your thoughts thinking of miseries it will eventually cause you pain and more pain but when you entertain only good thoughts you will be happy...
its really in the mind but not everyone can control his thoughts always...
i haven't mastered it myself but it was a great help when im down...
in our lives we have pain but surely we can lessen its impact and aftermath if we know
what to do and how to make countermeasures with our problems and trials...
