KEN113099 was just telling his opinion about live2sell... let him be... you could always try to tell other positive things live2sell has offer aside from the issue of not having personnel in the frontdesk.. like your pay, accounts, management for KEN to appreciate the company more... (and telling it a little more nicely,,, the way man gud nimo gi-replyan iya post naa may traces of angst and i completely understand you for that..)... what's more bai, because of his post you can always address this to the company's management for improvement diba...

    @ KEN113099... isn't not having a personnel sa frontdesk/reception area a bit shallow of a reason for worst callcenter bai? (question na bai ha... hehehe)... if it was me in your position bai, sure it will give me a bad impression of the company but not to the extent to tagged it as worst siguro... if you know lng bai naa pay mas greater issue nga maka-inggon lng ka nga mas worst pa cguro just like super power tripping sa management, questionable deductions with not enough pay and a lot more... cguro bai you could have rephrase your post to a more lighter note pra dli pud ka i-attack dayon sa mga employees who are happily working there... employees are just humanly defensive...

    as for the topic... have really no inputs about this one because i have only been on 1 callcenter company and will be starting to the new one soon... so cannot make any comparisons... the only thing with the previous account is that everything, from the client, to the management, agents are wrong ( not gonna discuss further since loved the company for paving my way to better oppurtunities, i just hate the account)...

    callcenter has always its pros and cons, it just really depends on the person's goal that can differentiate the pros and cons of it...

    if my goal is higher pay, then callcenter is a pro... if my goal is a career in line with my filed of study like eng'g, then definitely callcenter is a con...

    have you worked on a callcenter before roy to make you say nga hellish xa? can you share your experiences as well pra naa pud mi idea ngano hell xa.. thanks bai...

    bitaw.. 4 ka call center ako na agi an
    pina ka kapoy kai IBM pero atleast well compensated ka ug wala kaayo mag power trip

    sa ako exp sa teletech
    - pa uli on kung wala call
    - naa team nga nag meeting bisag nag que
    - sauna kai proirty queing hehehe. ikaw 5 na imo calls bag o paka sud.. ang uban 3hrs na cge ra linkod.. wala jud calls. ingon dayon ang manager nga lisod daw usbon wakekek pero kadto naa issue sa floor.. the next day.. usab dayon oi.. mao na lisod hehehe
    - kung bati ka ug stats.. good bye.. dili parihas sa sykes nga pangita an paagi aron mo improve ang employee
    - tech support pa baligya on pero wala commision.. kung maka baligya ka printer dili daw pwede... papel ug ink ra daw imo baligya.. awa ragud hehehehe

    ma luoy nalang ta sa uban under grad (dili tanan)... ila ingon "agwanta lang sa kai wala pa lain... kinahanglan kwarta"

    worst call center at the moment.. hmm.. the call center im working in does not increase your pay after a year.. they give you SLs and VLs.. but if your absent just for one day (using your SL by the way).. goodbye attendance bonus and pro rated performance bonuses.. filing of leaves is based on performance, attendance and staffing.. shift is 9 hours and 30 minutes.. pay is so-so.. i guess kani nlng na callcenter ang pinaka worst for me.. not so much with the power tripping.. its just the company.. pero.. dont bite the hand that feeds you.. haha.. so.... ill stay here until i find a new job..

    teletech. why? yung taga.hr, na officer pa man din, tl sa floor kapatid nya at tl din asawa nya. k lang sana if they crawled to get that spot. di naman, kasi they came in directly and got that job. even my friend na t.a. quit dahil dyan.
    sykes. why? i was assigned sa project handheld. grabe mag.release ng calls mga agent dun and the account manager dnt seemed to care.
