    Default Help, I am a Gym Noob!


    Hi guys, patabang ta ko dha sa mga anad na ug gym, nka try nko ug gym before pero ang resulta is sobra2x na pamaol to the point na dli ko kalihok ug tarong, i think i am doing something wrong sa akong mga sessions, gus2 ta ko mubalik ug gym karon, gus2 ta ko mahibaw unsa'y mau na i exercise anang adlawa na dli kau magsakit akong tibuok lawas, knang list of exercises/day ba. salamatz!

    basig subra2x ra imong weights na gi alsa bai, then ang count nimo taas ra kaayo sa makaya pa sa imong body.. then wa pa na anad or first time pa to nimo alsa then bugat dayon...

    mag ing ana man dyud na imong muscle mo sakit basta overstressed.

    try lang hinay2x bai... do some 1-2 week lighter weight lifting before you proceed to heavier...

    don't go directly to heavy one or your muscle will be torn down.

    yes, i know naa na ang gym talk, however, wla man ko ksabot kau sa ilang gigamit na mga terms did2, wa man gali ko kbaw unsa nang benchpress...as mentioned, grabe jud ko ka noob aning gym2x, willing jud nuon ko makat on ug proper exercises sa gym para dli nko ma over-stress ang akong masils

    start with light weights and one set per exercise then gradually increase with each session.then increase sets to 2 then 3 sets. Try be consistent and not have big gaps between working out. Each time you need to start after a long lull you have to start cycle with light weights again

    mao light weights usa, nabag uhan lang ka mao nang gipamaol ka. pamaolan man gyud ka ana kung dugay ka nakabalik sa gym or bag.ohay paka
