i dont think its still fair enough... this government is still biased to this issue. paco is half spaniard and half filipino so he still considered filipino when the crime happened. dual citizenships have always have the advantage to single ones and that is not fair since he would use the other citizenship to his advantage anytime. some countries do not honor dual citizenships i dont know why but for sure there are reasons why and maybe one of the reasons is this kind of issue. but i just hope that his transfer to spain has the same atmosphere here in pinas or maybe harder. sa iyang gibuhat kulang ra iya life to pay it!

para nako mas maayo gyud if he will remain here in the philippines to serve his sentence...maybe the conditions of our prison here would be enough to rehabilitate if not to make him realize of the gravity of the crime he commited or put it this way para pod maka-antos pod cya sa iyang gibuhat...I heard iya parents will not stop until he was released...I understand kinsa ba gud ginikanan nga maka-antos pag tan-aw sa iya anak nga ga-suffer if espescially love niya iya anak...now put it this way...kung ikaw pod naa sa lugar ni thelma unsa pod kaha imo bati-on...kana ingon cya nga gikapoy na cya for me ha because maybe she reach to the point of hopelessness...if you can read between the lines on her statement " “They cheated us of the justice we worked hard to achieve,”
makita gyud nimo ang frustrations....

I don't buy the idea of Larranaga's mom that her son is innocent...duna na verdict nga guilty then gi-reaffirmed pa gyud sa supreme court unya innocent gihapon...it's just like making a mockery in our justice system....
