Murag ok raman cguro bro, since maka benefit man sad ta.. as long as dili lang sad palabian cguro kay bad for business man daw na but good for employee's. Kung mga trabahante pabot-on, mas maayo holiday pirmi.. wakekeke.

The holiday issue has been around for so many years. In the early years, these forced and sudden holidays were meant to boost tourism nationwide - hence the "Holiday Economics" policy of the president. The man who reportedly conceptualized this was then Tourism Secretary Richard Gordon.

Along the way, there are government-declared holidays that honor faiths/religious groups. This is, of course, goes against the separation of church and state in the constitution.

With this holiday craze, it's taking a toll on people and business companies.

Many complained to Malacanang about this for years, yet not much has changed.
