Gen. 6:2-4 dili man angel ang pasabot ani diay..kay pag gikan ka sa Gen. 6:1 masabtan nato ngano.
Gen 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the ground, and daughters were born unto them,
men - אדם 'âdâm aw-dawm' ruddy, that is, a human being (an individual or the species, mankind, etc.) (Strong's Concordance)
Generalized na pagsabot, both 'sons of God' and sons of men midaghan sa kalibutan. Ang 'sons of God' man gud refers to the people that descended from Seth- to whom God's chosen people will rise.
daughters of men- simply those from the men outside of Seth's lineage. Probably gikan siguro sa lahi ni Cain.
Conclusion: Dili angels ni 'sons of God' pasabot diri sa Gen. 6:2-4![]()
Some opine that they were not exactly "sons of God" since some rabbinic literature and translation suggest they were descendants of nobilities or judges. But the common opinion is that they were "fallen angels" or "nephilims" which, if I'm not mistaken, also bore the Emims described in Deuteronomy 2:10-11 as "The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great, and many, and tall Anakims. The latter (anakims) were said to be the descendants of Anak (also a descendant from the Nephilim). Another close relative of the "sons of God" (Nephilims) are the "Rephaims" (Genesis 14:5) who were also giants.
It is likely nga naa tay mga kadugo nga mga "fallen angels" which may be the reason why many of us are also fallen out of grace...just speculating though.![]()
Pero Mr. Brownprose, in Strong's Concordance, the word 'Anak' mention in Num 13:22 simply means a Canaanites. Anakims are 'sons of Canaanites'..a race of giants, but clearly not offsprings of angels.
Rephaims (ancient people of Palistine) simply means again as giants (physically or stature) and the Emims (terrors) refers to early Canaanitish (or Moabitish)..
Both Strong's Hebrew and Greek Concordance ,and International Standard Bible Encyclopedia does not suggest that this giants were angels progenies.
Honestly, I am no expert...but I had a subject in Angelology back then. Sa akong nasabtan bro, lain-lain ang mga theories aning "sons of Gods." Mo try lang ko'g answer but don't take my word for it kay di kaayo ko sinati aning mga pagtulun-an. Anyway to answer you:
To begin with, the term Nephilim as referred to with some clarity in the Bible were considered a race of fallen angels thus in Hebrew nephilim also means "those causing others to fall". In other rabbinic literature such as the Book of Enoch said of the nephilim, as the "sons of God", who were also a class of fallen angels called the Watchers or what they call "Grigori."
In Genesis, they were only described as great men who intermarried with humans. Such marriages might have produced hybrid offspring or giants like the Anakites/Anakims for example in which the Bible is explicit: There also we saw the (D)Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight." As you pointed out, the Anakites were also a race of giants. And since giants could have been only produced by the Nephilim, it is most likely that the Rephaites/Rephaim; Emmites/Emmims were also from the Nephilim. But then I could be wrong.

I love how people argue about things they never research. To argue a book you have never read, arguing without knowing all the factors, or making controdictory comments without listing contrary facts does not justify gloating. The acts of a person acting like a child is still childish, and show ignorance, laziness, and arrogance. You do not have to agree but you can conduct yourself like intelligent adults.
Then again maybe You proved your point. Their is no God, and the fact that you chose to act like ignorant monkeys who just fell out of trees, proves you are nothing more than just evolving primates who enjoy throwing your crap at each other. For if there was a God surely he would have created something better than you, is this what you are trying to say? That no God could have made something so imperfect and flawed as yourselves? That you are the best you ever are going to be, and you will never be anything more? You just live then die, and do not matter in the end? We are here to just Eat, Sleep, and have little monkeys; then just do not exist anymore? That is a depressing belief system, and I am glad that I do not share it with you.
I think God created us all to be better than ourselves. You think you are just lost monkeys. I guess I just have a higher opinion of you, than you have for yourself. But you do know yourselves better than me.
I prefer believing in hope. You may think I am a FOOL, but I am pretty sure you are foolish. You can hate me, but I will still pity you. You can laugh at me now, but know that I will shed tears for you later. You can revile me but I will hold you in reverence. Difference is I will still respect you as you show such disrespect, and I will show love as you display such hateful behavior. You may gloat and feel you have won some shallow argument now, but time is on my side, we both have an eternity to decide who is right. You better pray you are correct, eternity as charcoal is yours if you are wrong.
oi murag ni-init naman ang atmosphere diri.
