refresh lang imo system.

disconnect all peripherals including CMOS battery. (5-10 min.)

Then connect them one at a time. Make sure to power on after you install a peripheral then turn it off and install another.

This is done to make sure nga wala defective sa peripherals, also you can hear beep codes while doing it.

If wala gihapon defective imo HDD reformat nalang or buy a new one.
