for the information of all Capitol critics, here is what i know: Capitol only responded to the challenge of Tomas to sue him (and the City) for the FLI mess in court. Tomas has been egging them to do it since the FLI issue broke out in the House.

actually this battle between the garcia's and osmeņa is endless since after SRP, capitol would look for another issue in which osmeņa will answer and and so as osmeņa will search for for another issue after the Balili thing. this wont just end till there terms will end i hope or maybe not. kita ra jud giduwa2x aning duha and thats because they DO NOT LOSE SOMETHING since its OUR MONEY and not THEIRS. so what then if one of them gets to lose, i dont think they will be jailed. wala man gani na priso tong MGA KAGWANG DAKO SA LAMP POST ISSUE NGA KLARO NA AU then how much more for these ppl. dagko au ta ug TAX pero wat do we get back from return... NOTHING! almost all politicians doesn't care sa mga tao since they are already wealthy people and watever happens they won't be affected.
