THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER TO POVERTY! this will only worsen gambling problems sa atong country and will double the number of abused animals. kadaghan pwd kalingawan, nganong iro mn jd ang tripan. tsk tsk. shame on us if we allow this.

Currently, there are two bills being passed (House Bills 5291 and 564 to legalize greyhound racing. One of which is being sponsored by Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr... pinoys out there, make a noise!

mga cebuano, please keep in mind that this will all take place in CEBU!!! this is like a crime happening in our own backyard! im sure that we're all first hand witnesses to animal cruelty and abused dogs/cats that roam around in our streets... you've seen how they suffer. imgaine your little pooch or your loyal companion being inflicted with the same pain. this will start off real innocent at first to fool us that animals are being treated humanely, but believe me, these things just dont get any better! they're like cancer, slowly eating us up... other countries have already realized their mistake when they allowed this stupidity to happen... they've seen how inhumane it can get. so, are we just gonna let this happen here in the Philippines? in CEBU?!

the things uv mentioned above are all example of animal cruelty... gawas lng siguro sa horse racing. coz horse costs A LOT! dli ka makasayun2x ug breed. dogs on the other hand can be bought at a much lower price, and those hoping to profit, would take advantage of the sport. unya mgpataka nlng na silag pares2x sa mga iro, and along the way there will be lots of puppies maproduce, f dli kapasar sa standards nila, either pasagdan nlng sa ilang cage hangtud mamatay kay im sure they wont bother wasting their resources on dogs na dli na nila magamit. and believe me bsan unsa pang laws/rules implement, I DOUBT ifollow. kng gnahan mog race, kamo lng lagi dagan.

exactly! these people mga sugarol ni sila, they're not really animal lovers.. and the last thing they'd worry about is the animal's welfare. gnahan gani ko mgtan-aw ug mga dog shows, or other competition na naa mga dogs, but not this kind. kay walay au. kita napud kog nagrace nga mga dogs, nalingaw ko coz i happen to know that they're owners would cut their limbs for their pets if they have to. mura xag race pro kataw-an kay lain2x na breed, then naay mga hyper.
