    hmmm..tan-awon nalang ang future ani nga merge..been with the company for 5 years now and all im thankful is that i still have a job and can support my family compared sa uban nga wala jud..good news is, more job opportunities...i hope makatabang ni sa uban nga wala work..

    future plans sa etel will then also be reviewed sa stream AND if they think na dili profitable then since mas dako man sila ug share so wa-ek ang etel ani. Employees might be thinking na wala gipaminaw ila side. kai employees will really be looking at their fate.Companies will be always thinking on the business side.

    Adjustment sa both companies kai i globalize sad nila ang policies sa both parties then there might also be redundancy sa mga positions(higher positions) so there migth be resignations and movement sa ila.no worries sa rank n file kai retain lang.

    pero all in all, maayo ni epek sa employee kai more movement outside the program but inside the company lang.

    maayo sad kai para wala nai kapili an ang usa ka premier client sa etel kai before its jsut etel and stream diri sa pinas but now its just Stream/etel nalang. So dili na ka back out unless china will propose lower price on a lower quality. =)

    if naa employees maapektuhan ani, it would be the upper management. if Stream is now the majority owner for sure they will put their own people ani mga key positions. Mao ni nahitabo sa amo client a year ago. daghan mga MD,SMD, VP's, Pres. nga gi pang ilisan.

    eTel will retain their brand in the Philippines so I believe they should enjoy a certain degree of autonomy..but eTel RP head jumped ship towards Accenture before this merger..hmmmm
