Mulargahay man gud sya balik manila the following day. Next time na lang siguro Bro if I have time. Nice meeting you there...
Ok, hope to see you next time.

About savings, mao jud ng na inherit sukad bata pa ko until karon, that is why I am with IMG kay daghan pag tao na dapat tudlo.an unsaon pag save ug handle sa ilang money.

As I see it, kasagaran batan-on pa
That means, we have a lot of potential ahead.

not necessarily.. if what ur doing now will lead u there... so go on!

One of my early mentors had once shared me his story.
He dreamed to become a millionaire at the age of 40.
He was then the branch head of PNB Fuente.
At the age of 37, he quit from work, risking everything (including family needs)
Because he says that he had 3 years left and nothing happens.
Even if he becomes the Head of PNB Mindanao Operations (w/c were actually offered to him)..
He believe that won't make him a millionaire.
Conquering all hardships (and to make the story short)
At the age of 39, he becomes a millionaire.
It was right on good target. Bulls-eye!

So, im sharing this challenge to all.
I believe you were not there in EyeBiz for nothing.
    When do u plan to become a millionaire? 40? 30? 25?
Why not make it 3 years from now.

    PS:
After a couple of yrs, he met again his head who offered him the higher position.
    They were in HongKong.
His former head was there for work. He was there for a vacation (at personal expense)

He is the Father of Cebu real estate.
He's now over 60yrs old. But still keeps on learning!

An employee once shared me his personal encounter w/ Manny Villar.
On a meeting of Cebu staff, he told them,
"Don' stay long to be an employee.. create your own path..do your own business."
    That was a good point!

For you, what does staying long means?
How long is 'long stay in employment'? 5yrs? 10 yrs? 20yrs?
Personally, i was an employee for 2 yrs...dali rako natagam..
    I had enough of it.

So, when would u start to make your own path?
    The clock is ticking!
    Its a 3-yr challenge.
    U have 1,095 days.
It's only 26,280 hours to do the job.
