Any volunteer group/organizations in Cebu?

Hello ebriwan! Mangutana lang ta ko if there are any groups in Cebu doing volunteer work? I tried to search the forum but all I could find was volunteer blood donors hehe. Murag makahadlok pa na nga type of volunteering.

Anyway, kinsa ninyo nagabuhat ug volunteer work like Gawad Kalinga, Habitat for Humanity, or even teaching kids/adults, spending time with the aged, cleanup drives, anything to help the poor and our environment (naa pa ba laing klase nga volunteering? hehe)? Asa mu approach?

murag naa man habitat for humanity sa una ambot lang karon pero naa mga group like BELEN sa CEbu ambot asa ila office karon.. para na siya group sa mga *** workers na sila magtrain para dili na sila mahimong *** worker pwede tingali volunteer sa ilaha...

daghan man mga NGO groups basin naa member diri sa istorya..

yep, I saw the outreach program thread.. pero di man gud pirme hehe. it's not a regular thing, like kanang once a week or twice a month thing.

Jaman, ok kaayo na imo idea to start a volunteer group pero it would entail a lot of stuff on the organizer's part. lisod for me kay I have work on weekdays :P Willing ka mu start? join nya mi hehe...

Yes, murag lisod jyud na. I need more time; To learn, to gain more information. Kay, basic ra kaayo akong nahibawan, ug daghan paa kaayo huna hunaon, it's a team effort .... murag lisud jyd da.
Pero in time ... kanang sakto na akong nahibawan. Maybe, join2x sa ko karon, para maka gain ko ug experience and knowledg ^_^ Never go in a battle, without a plan.
