so,,, its pa-20,,pa22 family,,lycoming powered..what caught my eye is the" unusual feature of the tri-pacer is incorporation of bungee linked ailerons & rudder" ,,,dung it,,,F-4 uses the same system too,,ARI =aileron rudder interconnect=big guys stealing ideas...where is this baby 'garaged' anyway, my plan is to bum around in siq, dum, cebu or davao..lmk
Yup, that's the one. PA-22, the "Flying Milkstool." The PA-20s are the Pacers, the taildraggers.
My friend flies for Vietnam Airlines and I'm sure a portion of his salary goes to the restoration fund, but don't tell his wife that. He wasn't planning to start til next year. He keeps the plane in Cebu.
The plane is pretty complete except for the engine and fabric covering.
Aileron-rudder interconnect can also be found in the Beech Bonanza and Baron families. Works well, but the bungees make the controls a bit heavier when you cross them (when making crosswind landings, for example).
i should be around unless some company offers an overseas contract job that i'll be so stupid to say no.......again...
