When I was in Manila , I ate CABALENS @ RObinsons Malate , they served at ther ebuffet table :
- Kalabaw tapa
- Lechon de Leche
- Kuhol with gata
- Garlic , steamed and fried rice
- Itlog maalat , crispy kangkong , lumpiang shanghai
- Bulalo and Pochero for the soup
- 2 kinds of pansit , bihon and canton
- Chorizo , tapa , longganisa
- Dinuguan na tagalog ( ga lutaw sa mantika ang tanan and ang dugo kay gi cubes )
- Halo2 ang dessert ug kadtong isa kalimot ko s aname na butangan ug gatas and sago
For less than 300 PHp , sulit ang meal because lami pagkaluto and daghan varieties . Kana ako sample sa mga na recall lang nako pero at least mga 0 to 25 kabuok varieties jud .
