The best thing to do when you are depressed?

Oftentimes, we all have been into the stage wherein we feel so down, we can feel life's futility that we want to end our misery by doing forbidden things.

So many weird thoughts would creep into our minds leading us to the deep abyss of self pity. If you are undergoing this dilemma, how do you stand up and get on with life? What's your way of coping up depression?

What's the easiest way of moving on ?...

I'd think about my past experiences and bring back the happy thoughts.

Then I'd say, life isn't so bad afterall

but going through all of this. Eating something sweet is the first aid.

listen to songs.. it usually eases up.. drink coffee and pamper myself.. and the ever reliable chocolates
