And unforunately, my ine of expertise doesn't fall on this.
But let me just answer on how far i know.

annual property tax falls to the department of Municipal/City Treasurer (sa City Hall/Municipa hAll), ngadto ka mangayo ug advice on this one. Just bring the Tax Dec that u have..ask if its payment is updated. Upon payment, a new tax dec will be given for the year.

Yes pwede ka kapangayo ug copy ipa-Certify True Copy lang..still at the same Deparment.

Kinsa familiar here with real estate? Im starting to learn paman gud ang medyo confused ko gamay with the proper documents needed. Hope nay mka share info. Heres my first question, what documents do i need in order to know if updated ang pagpay sa annual property tax? Incase humana og bayad ang annual property tax(dont know if its the right term), naa nay certificate? or receipt lang? can i get another receipt incase human og pay ang sa this year? Then ang cert. true copy nga tax dec kay para rana sa value of the property right? Hope someone can share.....thanks

Once ra na sila mo-issue ug receipt upon payment ra. Puede ra ka mangayo ug print out sa City Hall para mkahbaw ka if updated ba ang payment sa real estate tax sa imong property or secure a tax clearance for your property....
