Yes, gaf will suspend your account for it if you dont act on it. However, you can ask your client to escrow payment to you so that you will have money on your account pangsigurado lang. Kay ako I won a project bad kaayo lako bayre sa taga india salig pud ko nya wa ko nagpa-escrow, hangtod karon la japon ko nya bayre... hahay...

You tell your client na humana ang work and you need to be assured na bayran ka or ask an advance payment na $5 para di ka manegative.

You can check page 2 of this thread. However, daku na ayo changes ang gaf ron. It is best to send a query to their online support and ask further questions para ma guided ka.

As to paypal, be sure na-a kay credit card or debit card like EON from union bank para ma verified member ka to receive and send money.
