dah..i expect nothing for this tunnel dira..ordinaryo rana kaayo, wen i was in spain driving myself in a tunnel that connects between spain and france was a weird experience taas kaayo wud take u 2 hrs. to reach other side of the tunnel den after dat ders a sign "checkpoint ahead welcome to FRANCE" wow..dats wat i called tunnel driving hehehe...unsa mana dira sa SRP? i tnk wud only take u 5mins. to reach other the side wahahaha..it shouldn't have been built in the 1st place...katawa lang ta....

hehehe, bitaw.. pero kung traffic kay kana kadul-a mu take nag at least 10 minutes.

Pero sa akong tan-aw, he will eventually take this to court once he is loaded with all the required evidence he wants. Ang iya karon, data gathering and he wants Congress to do it for him. In his private capacity as a lawyer maglisud siya but because he is a legislator, it would be easy for him to collect the necessary evidence he will take with him to court. Maru sad. Vicente Sotto HOspital, afaik, doesn't belong to the province. Correct me if I'm wrong but it is under DOH though patients from the province can be brought there. Duna na kunoy provincial hospital sa Carcar nga 100 bed capacity. THe first kuno na sa probinsya and was opened just yesterday. It remains to be seen kung maka benefit ba mga taga probinsya ana. At least dili na unya kaayo congested ang VSMCC.

Vicente Sotto HOspital, afaik, doesn't belong to the province. Correct me if I'm wrong but it is under DOH though patients from the province can be brought there. At least dili na unya kaayo congested ang VSMCC.

it would be good to have 1 in the nearby islands still under the province.

the set up should 1 near north, 1 far north, 1 near south and 1 far south.

they should also improve the provincial police stations, vehicle and equipment.

pero kung ako si gwen, ang the best legacy gyud nga akong mabilin sa province, though ambitious, is railway system that will run from tip to tip of cebu province. pwede na nila ipa BOT deal. this is the only way we can truly enjoy the entire province of cebu and wala na'y layo nga location.

investors will no longer hesitate to invest in the province because of the convenience and accessibility.

damn, if ma-realize ni niya, wa na gyud ko'y masulti batok ni gwen. i will literally kneel down and praise her.

But it is the hospital management who should see to it nga unta dili sila ma short ug tambal kay looy pud baya atong mga kaigsu-unan sa probinsya nga naglisud tawon.
