yes, daghan reason why iterminate ka sa company. not all the time mas daku imong last pay kung terminated ka. as far as i know, same ra ang makuha sa resigned and terminated.

if gani, iterminate ka kay tungod na lay off ka sa company due to financial reasons/stability of the company and you without doing anything to make a bad record (para iterminate ka) mao nang time daku jd imong makuha, separation pay man tingali na...

i think it'll also count if you were able to get the benefits from your company when you resigned. given the figures, well basically being terminated pulls it off. but then again its painful since it will reflect in you're bio data. when you apply for work, the new company will be calling the previous employer that you were working and after finding out that you were terminated, you'll get a slim chance in getting the new job.

situation dictates what is best when you sign that paper.. just remember this paper will follow you for the rest of your career..i dont know the pinas law, but in my case i did the resignation to keep a clean record, but i can still go back to sue the company if they keep personnel with the same infractions as me. "its not what you know but who you know" sad but true..

this is so true. Force to Resign.

like what happen karon sa company i am working. most of my colleagues, more than 15 years in service are forced to resign and paid 50% sa ilang service sa company. in other words, gipang retrench ang mga oldies nya gipang-ilisan og mga newbies. unta dili ni sya pwede. but sad to say, walay nangahas og kiha coz of the expenses later on. if sakto lang sa bayad, okay na.

but if mo resign, ang madawat ra is the remaining sweldo and sick/vacation leave conversions. dili na mabayran sa length of service with the company.

ako gipang ngulbaan sad coz 6 yrs na ko sa company. and bisan kausa wa jud ko na reprimand or what buotan gud dili pa man sad ko considered oldy kay bata pa man ko
