    ilaha naman ko gi tagaan og 1month to resign. unya ilaha lng dw ko pa baonan og 1month pay. nangutana ko ngano inyo ko gi advice to resign? tungod dw sa akoang performance, unya mangayo ko og stats or metrics ngano bati akong perfomance, wala mn sila ika hatag.. basta kay gi sugo cla sa vp namo na ipa terminate mi....

    para nko dili jdko mo resign kay wala mnko dautan gi buhat sa among trabaho, ang akoa ani pa abot nlng ko sa 1month ilang gi hatag unya ma terminate nko. hu hu hu

    I have a lot of ex-colleagues (resigned & terminated) on my previous company nga dako jud ang nakuha sa na terminate kaysa ni resign considering pa jud nga mas taas ang tenure sa ni resign compared sa na terminate.


    Example:
    Colleague 1 (regular; 20 months of service; resigned) last pay- 37,000
    Colleague 2 (regular; 10 months of service; terminated) last pay- 50,000
    Colleague 3 (probationary;5 months of service; resigned) last pay- 18,000
    Colleague 4 (probationary;5 months of service; terminated) last pay- 22,000


    hmmm dapat nag pa regular diay ko before ko nag pa terminate heheheh
    naa jud mga company nga hasol kung mo resign ka
    mai pa mag pa terminate hehehe

    na happend ni sakoa ba, pila nalang ka weeks ma regular nako pero gi terminate ko nila, pero gipa sign ko nila og resignation letter lage... daghan jud nag ingon nako na y wala ko gi regular na ok man daw perfomance nako...i heard after ko ni hawa na gi dumtan daw ko samo officer pero gamay ra lage sweldo nakoha nako....unsa ni,,,ny idea bout my case... thnks
