please help me to find someone to assume my rent sa studio pad nako sa Pearl Homes. If you are not familiar with the place. It's located in Mirasol st. Back of Chong Hua Hospital. Liko ra mo right sa julies diha dapit gane sa albertos pizza dapit chong hua. Very accessible everywhere. It is a studio pad with own CR. has a cable connection. has a TV and aircon. daghan pod cabinet for your things. really comfortable kay naa man blinds sa if you work at night. pagmorning dali ra ka makatolog. naa sari2x store sa gawas so if nahan ka palit something dali ra makapalit. duol pod og larsian and other carenderias so dili ka magutom. duol ra ang laundry og palitanan og tubig. with own meter for water and electricity.

Reason why pa-assume nako kay molarga nako coz gi-advice ko to rest kay gikan ko nasakit from work sa callcenter. 2 months palang ko sa place then naa deposit na 10k na sa contract dapat nako ma-fulfill to get it back. I need the money for my stay in the province para naa pod ko magasto. until sept 1st pa ako rent sa place. you can call my husband anytime sa iya cel 09178679361/09234143219.

offer nako is kamo puli sa room by paying me the deposit. kamo assume sa place then if you like it na wala pa sept 1st libre inyo stay sa pad until sept 1. 15.5k(apil na na ang rent for sept 1 onwards ang ako kuhaon kay 10k ra then bayran nako tanan bills na due sa ako so wala mo problema) jud inyo mabayran pero ang contract ninyo 4 months nalang kay originally 6 months man. 5500 diay ang rent ani sa pad which is really worth it with the amenities. naa pod siya parking diri sa pad.

fellow istoryans please help me find the lucky person to assume the pad. dili jud magmahay

hi interested ko..nahan ta ko mo-assume but the prob is until sept. 28 pa ko dri sa ako gstayhan, kung kapaabot mo for few more weeks then ako assume ana nga pad.. ok ra ba ang pets dha? i have pets man gd.. and concrete na xa?

10 k ra jud to assume the pad. pero just letting you know na 5.5k ang monthly rent sa pad para ma-apil ninyo og kwenta. by sept 1st mo-pay namo og 5.5k to rent the pad.

basically, ako ra kuhaon ako deposit then kamo na bahala by sept 1st. i will also talk to the owner na e-pangalan na sa inyo ang bill para inyo jud tanan. I will also pay all the bills due for me para wala na jud problema.

naa na diay ni siya bed na queen size with mattress(dili foam ha) ang mo-assume nalang ang kuwang good to go na tanan.
