    by the way, how old are you? just wanna ask coz maybe ang pag tambok nimo kay ang cause ana kay ni low ang imong metabolism or naka uyon na ang imong lawas sa imong pag undang ug smoke. do you know that walking is still considered as the best exercise? just continue do walking every day and try to control your diet also.

    Be patient maam.. soon maybe 3 months from now you will see the effects.
