    ipa register inyong hardisk sa seagate.com then go support downloads, warranty resources. unya follow lng sugod sa "is my drive in warranty" . simple as that. about sa wester digi wa koy know how ana.

    i check bai kong naa paba warranty imong harddisk did2 site sa seagate, after that file kag return form. human imo i putos imong hardisk nya padala did2 sa address sa first page. naa pud instruction after nimo ma fill upan ang form sa seagate.

    Not necessarily them ra gyud. I shipped my defective 40gb laptop HDD to singapore and it was replaced within 7 working days. if your warranty is still valid as per Seagate confirmation, then you can send it to them directly. no questions asked.
