same wid my globe broadband..putol2 ang connection kada gabie..tsk tsk tsk
ka try pud ko ana post paid saona. nag apply ko ingon activate after 24 hrs.. pag 24 hrs la pa activate after 2 days gibalik nko sa business center guba daw to nga sim gi hatag.. then replace cla ug lain.. good thing nga ni activate dayon.. if la pa to.. uli to nko akong gi apply..
its still reads SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAIL. paita birthday gift mani nila sa akoa. ahaka aning globe its the 15th day na. until now wala gyud ni magamit ang sim......
globe sucks.. that's why they have been surpassed already by other networks.. noteworthy SMART and slowly emerging.. SUN..
karon pa gyud it took more than 16 days before they were able to fix the problem...grabe tsk tsk. is that good customer service?
sorry ha pero ganahan unta ko mu basa sa imong mga sentiments kay globe user sad ko then wa jud ko ka uyon sa ilang services pero di jud madala, wa jud ko nibasa. sikit kaayo ang words. gi paragraph2 sad ta to nimo bro

naa pani silay mga customer serive sa SM mga bati pa gyud ug nawong... pamili pod mu ug nindoty ug gwapa bati pa service unya di pa gyud pleasing personality. ambot unsa ila basis ani?
