Meditation can open the way to our liberation. First it expands our consciousness then it introduces us to a region of our mind hidden from us. By the time, according to the Masters, the veil is penetrated the Higher Self then unfolds, that eventually will lead us to live an ideal life, a life that reflects Divinity. At this point Karma stops and when there is no Karma liberation is attained.

here is one meditation, w/c can help you dislodge your anxieties.
-find a good place to meditate. Good place means, no disturbance and no foul odor in the air
-Sit on the floor or you can use a chair
Steps:
-while sitting feel the burden that you are carrying and strongly suggests in your heart your desire to be free from it.
- take a deep breathe then exhale, start counting silently from 1-10, do it slowly. if you feel that you want to close your eyes even before your count reaches 10, you may do so.
- while eyes are closed, relax. Breathe naturally and deeply.
- when you reached a relax state of mind, start your meditation
- here is what you must meditate.
- put the force of your mind to where your heart is
- feel the heaviness as you inhale
- Release the heaviness when you exhale
- when your mind goes someplace else or a certain image appears, bring your mind back you where your heart is
- feel the heaviness again as you inhale then release it when you exhale
- chant this mantra inside your mind " Freedom " or " Peace " or " Love " experiment w/c word helps you best.
- do it till you feel the release
end your meditation slowly...count again from 1-10 then slowly open your eyes. don't get up yest but instead feel your back in your body and feel your surroundings.
