As you know, all fruits have sugar (fructose). If you are going to be eating lots of fruits, you better have some physical activity to do that day, otherwise its just like drinking fit and right (lots of sugar)
But by all means eat fruits, its much better than a candy bar or other sweets. Just make sure you eat one if your hungry, not because it's "good for you"
