    As you know, all fruits have sugar (fructose). If you are going to be eating lots of fruits, you better have some physical activity to do that day, otherwise its just like drinking fit and right (lots of sugar)

    But by all means eat fruits, its much better than a candy bar or other sweets. Just make sure you eat one if your hungry, not because it's "good for you"

    Depende ka, if you are very hungry you might as well eat something small. But as much as possible, 3 square meals a day. You can also do 5 small meals a day, but I found that difficult and too time consuming.

    Water is your best bet, try to drink 2-3 Liters a day, it will definitely help in digestion as well.

    Are you asking if water is allowed past 7? I didn't understand what you meant. If so, yes, you can drink water all day and all night. Otherwise, 7pm for food is very important, keep that in mind.

    Also, I forgot to mention that I cheated once a week on one meal. I would have a Pizza, or lasagna on an off day. But if you are really serious, you may go plenty of weeks without craving food which is bad for you.

    If you really want to lose weight, make sure it's for the right reasons. Don't do it for your girlfriend, boyfriend, or crush. Do it because you want to be healthy and capable of things that you didn't imagine.

    I use to sit around all day playing videogames and eating pizza till the buttons on my pants would burst. Now, I crave physical activities, I play basketball often, I play badminton randomly, and I exercise every morning for 15 minutes. I haven't been to a gym in almost 2 years, i simply maintain at this point.

    If you can dream it, you can do it, =p.

    naa lang ko question, do you prepare your own meals? it's much easier man gud to keep fit that way because you know what you're taking in, and because most of the foods we're used to are known to be oily and fatty. unfortunately, it's either a choice between cheap, unhealthy food and more expensive, but healthier food.
    and in your list, wala kaayo ka nag cardio but focused on weights. cardio's a great way to lost weight and keep your heart healthy too. as a girl, I'd prefer that kay d ko ganahan dagko kaau ug muscles hehe...
