got your pm sir. thanks
hi evry1
i agree with reanne about how strong camel is.
but not about it containing msg. so far wala man naka butang nga naay msg sa label ang camel.
it may have a higher salt content. but if you try to taste it and compare with other local based soysauce you will notice a big difference.
try tasting datu puti soysauce and similar brands like silver swan and marca pina.
you will notice a shallow taste on the soysauce. salty and nothing else an empty soul no depth in flavor.
in cooking using certain kinds of soy sauce will eventually reflect on your product. same as european use certain wine with certain foods.
but i wont recommend using camel in everything i notice that using as saw sawan datu puti or silver swan is the best. but if u use camel a hint of caramel and bitterness is present. maka turn off.
lol bro, if your a business man would you really tell your secrets? the camel lebel says. (INGREDIENTS) soy beans and wheat proteins sodium benzoate salt caramel and flavoring. (FLAVORING) can u please share your opinion with this bro? FLAVORING. if you check it pls share it bro. what i was saying, (its like there's msg) but i didnt say there is an msg. i was basing on my taste bro. morag naay bit-sin dili naay bit-sin. hehehehe. i know u cook too. and u should know what i mean? ^_^
hello reanne about the flavoring. you are right there are certain ingredients that manufacturers vaguely
identify what compose of these flavorings, spices etc.
And us consumers thou we perceive certain ingredients taste, aroma, look and texture a little differently it is purely on an individuals harmless opinion. no harm no foul...
