    recently, I recieved my certificate coming from informatics...pero i don't know what to do?does it need a certification kung mo apply pagka call center agent.

    not really, but it is just something that you can show off on your resume. what's important is whether you really learned from informatics. it's what you're going to show during the job interviews and exams anyway.
