Siguro usa ani kanang carbon copy sa gisulat nga mga kandidato (common ni sa provinces). So dapat diay i-bawal ang pagdala carbon papers sa precincts; OR gi-bawal na siguro ni sa comelec pero lusot gihapon - in this case, will just have to be vigilant.

Ambot saon ni pag-counter, mostly gud sa mga incumbent man so wala ra sab mga police

dag-dag bawas gyud ang pinaka... ambot unsaon na pag-counter... maybe, has-hasan jud nang mga officer, as much as possible kanang honest unya dili bias to a candidate... basin possible pud ma-counter if mag-swap ang mga officers, meaning no local officer will be assigned to a municipality where he is residing? ambot lang kung ani na ba pud kaya ang setup

Hopefully ma-minimize if not ma-eliminate na ang dagdag-bawas sa computerized election.

As to the Guns and Goons, it's under the Peace and Order Committee (PNP, AFP,etc), they should provide solutions to it... Mag-sige man siguro na sila check-point as the election day draws near.

bawal man jud na bai... kung ang ballot gani mabantayan nga naa markings para mailhan kinsa imo gi-vote pwede gani ma spoil.
