hmmm gaduha2 pako bro hehe i love my job...pro mura naka decide ko na dli nalang... nakarealize ko lucky au ko sa ako job karon...den im happy raman diay with my team hehe..go for regularization ko!

Process:
1. Initial Interview or Screening (language assessment)
2. Written Exam (English and Technical)
3. HR interview (another language assessment for further evaluation). Naa na sila comments from the Initial interview with them. And if you pass, then
4. Account Interview dayon

If makapasar ka for Account Interview, i-schedule ka nila for Contract signing dayon. But there are times na madugay ka ma schedule kay hulaton nila mapuno or madungan tanan para sa isa ka wave/batch of new hires...

sakto dyud kung ma timingan ka na naa wave na mag contract signing sa week na nadawat ka start daun hehehe

hey guys...Sykes ko before pag.2006. KRC Bldg. pa to before. Then nag.move mi sa Synergis. PALM account ko before sa HAndheld. I'm applying back to SYKES and I went to the Job Fair sa Golden Peak Hotel last Tuesday. The cute HR girl told me that they would have to check if eligible pa ko for rehire. I'm still waiting for their call. ANy suggestions mga Sykesers? Wala man koy mga bad records before katong Sykes pa ko. Enlighten me. hehehe.

sa ako opinion bro if eligible ka den dey wont have any doubts to rehire you since you served to company before and wala ka bad records or whatsoever.

hey guys. do u have any idea how long would it take for them (SYKES) to finally give u ur last pay? coz i had resigned from SYKES September of last yr and i was not able to process my last pay because i was already busy applying with my current job now...i have just started processing my clearance...so any guys how long would i be able to receive my last pay

as what i have heard it may take up to 2months? not really sure...
