i think wala support ang imong pc nga mu boot from kanang imong cd-rom bay. kung naa ka windows 98 nga startup disk kana lang gamita. then boot from the startup disk with cd rom support. i try lang daw bay.

yeah zengatsu is right, use the win 98 bootdisk, then there should be an option with support for your cd-rom at ms-dos.

what are the software i should use to protect myself from the evils of the internet.
because my laptop is online most of the time and well heres a list of the defense i use

AVG anti virus
Windows Defender Beta 2
spy Blaster
Spy bot

and for firewall is just windows

think this is enough?

bai try photostory3 of windows! its amazing fool proof and easy to use, look like a professional! :mrgreen: ive had problems with installing video screensaver of microsoft, hass anyone tried it? :mrgreen:

im using avast home edition antivirus.. mas nindot man gud ug ui kaysa avg.. hehehe

ive tried avast, it can spot trojan viruses better than avg but avast lacks the scanner for email, i dont know i have ewido to save me from trojan viruses, soooo yeah :mrgreen:
