    here are the defense mechanisms that i usually use:

    displacement
    fantasy
    reaction formation
    denial

    so in short, if i analyze myself, i prefer not to think of my problems....

    whenever i feel anxious over something, i usually bite my nails...I guess that is REGRESSION... according to Freud with his 5 psychosexual stages(Oral, Anal, Phallic, Latent, Genital) .. if you get fixated in one, like for mine, i believe i am fixated during the ORAL stage.

    whenever i started to feel different about my relationship and i just want to break off everything. Projection is my easy way out... I tend to point out that it is my partner who wants to end it, putting the blame on him, though it is really me who would have wanted to conclude it. * bad cheetah*
