Sa subject palang, How to report an online scammer?

I already have the leads, I got the name, the cebu address, the documents. Unsa-on mani nako pag-report? Asa ko adto? I want to take a legal action on this.

Bro, if your handling a strong evidence against her/him, blotter usa na sa nearest police station sa area sa nahimutangan sa kining scammer. Then e state didto if gi unsa ka pag maniubra ani niya, the time, place and date. Then ask lang ko nimo, how did she/he paagi sa pag scam2x diha nimo?
