When I was still in he US , RICE ROCKET , RICER , or just plain RICE is meant for the car and not to aspecific person . It is portraying about cars na BADUY in general like overdone accessories like chrome wheels , oversize spoilers , bunch of stickers not meant for the car like a NISMO sticker on a CIVIC or a RALLIART sticker on a MAZDA . Something that degrades the real McCOy like fake slotted disc brakes , and fake antennas to name some . Dont forget also the 5 inch exhaust tips and boasts about it 10 HP improvement .

Hehehehe daghan ga dagan diri sa Cebu na with OVERSIZED SPOILERS from China or Taiwan . Its just nothing but form over function . Worst its on a car that is meant as a grocery getter and not at all synonymous to a high performance car . Its ll over cebu on Corollas , Civics , and Sentra's.
